Pip, is a Shiba Inu, which is a Japanese breed of dog. I just adopted her from the dog rescue group, 2nd Chance Sato, on 09/01/2017.

Pip was rescued from Thailand a year ago from the meat trade. She was found in a cage with several other dogs, ready to be slaughtered, along with many other dogs in many other cages. 

​

Pip went through a year of rehabilitation in Thailand learning how to be a dog, be around people, walk on a leash, etc. She spent a month with her foster mom here before I adopted her.

Pip is now my trusty side-kick and partner. We love to hike together as well as take naps. Follow us as we start our new life together!
